My contract has never been cancelled, since April 2024 my bank keeps paying the monthly fee

Dear Team,
I trust this correspondence finds you well. I am reaching out concerning the Telekom internet service.
Having previously been a satisfactorily served customer at my former residence, it is with regret that I must inform you that upon relocating to a new apartment on 31.03.2024 I found that the Telekom internet connection was unavailable at my new address.
In accordance with the advice provided by the Telekom team, I duly proceeded to terminate the internet contract on 02.04.2024
Regrettably, after the contract cancellation, it has come to my attention that my bank has continued to debit monthly service fees for the Telekom internet since April 2024, despite the non-utilization of the service.
I kindly request your assistance in verifying the proper termination of the Telekom contract associated with my prior apartment.
Additionally, I seek clarification on the possibility of reclaiming the monthly fees deducted from my account following the termination of the contract.
I trust that you will address this Matter with prompt attention and provide the necessary guidance for the resolution of this issue.
