Why offer the chat assistant and the virtual live when it directs customers back to the hotline. I’ve spent and wasted a whole day just trying to get a hold of a technician to help troubleshoot. At this point I’m not even sure I want to bother with Telekom or it’s services if it’s a nightmare to get in contact with someone.
