unter folgendem Link kannst du deine Leitung vorprüfen und ggf. eine Störung melden. Geht auch aus dem Mobilfunknetz.

Alternativ die Hotline 0800 330 1000 Stichwort „Störung“ anrufen.

Es gibt auch noch die Möglichkeit die Störung über die „Mein Magenta App“ zu melden. Falls du die App nicht auf deinem Smartphone hast, findest du sie im App bzw. Playstore deines Smartphones.

Today is the second time in last 3 days where I had to stay home for the technician and even today nobody hadn't called me or come to my address so far.

I took a look at the technician's notes. According to this, there was a fault in the distribution box. This could be solved by a port reconfiguration. Please observe whether the disruption continues. 🙏🏽
