Datenaufladung für den Schnellstart

Hallo, ich habe einen LTE -Router bekommen, bis mein Glasfaseranschluss im Februar hergestellt werden kann. Mir wurde gesagt, dass ich das Datenvolumen jederzeit wieder aufladen kann, wenn es aufgebraucht ist, aber niemand hat auf meine Anfragen reagiert. Wie lange vor Ablauf meines Datenvolumens sollte ich den Kundendienst kontaktieren? Ich arbeite von zu Hause aus, und es ist unangenehm, längere Zeit ohne Internet zu sein, vor allem, wenn dies die einzige Möglichkeit ist, die ich bis Februar habe.       Vmtl ist das ein Schnellstarter-Paket,

       

      Profil ist ja schon befüllt

      (evtl. noch Handynummer und Erreichbarkeitszeitfenster eintragen, speichern nicht vergessen),

      ich informier mal die Teamies , damit die Guthaben nachbuchen können.
