Do I need Glasfaser Modem 2?

Hello. I recently ordered an Internet to be connected to my house. I have small white box with "Telekom" in my house. I also have my own Speedport 4 router.
Telekom sent me Glasfaser Modem 2, do I need this, or do I have to send it back? seems like actual modem is installed in basement

There is definitely a fiber optic socket ( GF-TA ) in the basement or in the apartment? Please take photos.
You have a real fiber optic connection and the speed port can only do DSL. Therefore the modem is necessary

Box is in the apartment. Telekom also sent an instruction to plug things, but no contract. Do I need to wait fir a technician to come?

What does the order confirmation say? did you get these? There is the day when the connection is to be switched. Is there a QR code on the fiber optic socket in the apartment? Then you will also get a setup link where you have to set up the fiber optic modem yourself. YOU write that you got the modem delivered too. So you have the new gigabit business system.Therefore you will set up the modem yourself. Then no technician is needed.

It says that i have a modem. There are no docs for date of changing. There is a doc with client number (under the red sticker). Also auftragsnummer is not the same which I had in my mails before.
