do not received an contract  from Telekom on Check24 booking

we booked the Telekom internet through Check24, and received the confirmation from Telekon with " Einshednummer" , but we have not received the contract from Telekom.

it has been 3 weeks already...

could you please kindly support...?

      @hihi123 You set up the order with Check24 ( probably to save some money ?!). And now Check24 is responsible to organize all for you. What is their reply status ?

      thanks a lot for the very nice conversation.

      I'm terribly sorry that I can't help you with this issue right away, but we are still waiting for the order-details from Check24. Without those details we can't set up the contract itself.

       

      So now we have to be patient. I also asked my specialized colleagues to get in contact with Check24. I hope everything goes well and resolved quickly.

      @hihi123 Typical. Take the money and leave 'you' alone.
      If you do not have any feedback how should telekom identify your contract?

      Anyway you could start too fill your profile with contact data. Hopefully someone from the T-Team will be available to assist.

      Next time you better contract telekom directly.

      The technical check of your order at Telekom takes 2 to 3 weeks on average (w/o the additional Check24 delay). Just wait a couple of days and they will reach out to you, I suppose.

      I would like to ask is there any updates? Our current internet will be terminated next week…
      But I still didn’t get the new Telekom contact….

      @Lorenz S.   i was trying to call back immediately, the ring was just two times then off......  however, it was a general telekom number. could you please call again anytime(please ring longer or ring 2 times..) or provide me a number that I could call back? thanks in advance
