DSL connection issue

I'm sick of this poor customer service. I can’t solve the problem via Magenta mobile. When I try to call, I can’t reach an English-speaking customer service agent, they just hang up on me. I also can’t create a ticket, because the system only recognizes my mobile contract and not my home internet. I’m out of ideas on how to solve this internet connection issue.

It’s been 5 hours that I’ve had a DSL connection problem between my house and the ISP . I’ve reset the modem more than 10 times, rebooted everything, and checked that all cables related to the DSL connection inside my home are properly connected.

Any ideas? 💀
