DSL Hybrid 5G connection consistenly below 10 Mbps (previously 200+ Mbps)

vor einem Jahr

I have a DSL connection with the Hybrid 5G extension. The DSL conneciton (50 MBps) and 5G (upto 300 Mbps). I typically get 200+ Mbps since installation, however in the recent days this has reduced to below 15 Mbps (legal minimum) conistently. I have tried moving the 5G receiver etc, no luck. Lights on the 5G receiver is green, and all connections seem active as per the Speed Port 4 router.

I have also gone through the fault reporting steps that led me through some automated steps like restaring the router, reconfiguring it etc. All of which ended in a fault being reported.

Unfortunately, the person assigned to case was not able to speak in English and gave a number to call that does not work (08003301080). Hence, I am posting it here. Hopefully, someone here can help resolve this issue.

There seems to have been a new update posted here which I have manually installed and it seems that with bonding enabled (there is no longer an option to disable it), the download speeds now hit 80-100 Mbps. Which is a better situation than the previous 10 Mbps when bonding was enabled.

@Inga Kristina J. the Telekom portal keeps suggesting that I upgrade to XL to get 250 Mbps for a higher than my current tariff. Can someone please confirm that my tariff is not somehow limited to 100 Mbps? As I recall from the original add-on product sheet here, my tariff allows for a "maximum" of 300 Mbps via the 5G / LTE connection. Has this changed?
