Hello Telekom,

My home router (Speedport W 723V Typ B) shows the DSL light is on, but "Online", "Telefonie" and "Service" lights are off. And I cannot access to the Internet.

I have tried to turn the router on and off several times, but it still doesn't work.

This is a big problem for me working at home because of the Covid crisis.

Please please help!
