E-Mail Antwort auf Kundenservice nicht möglich

Hallo zusammen,
ich habe heute eine E-Mail von einer Dame vom Kundenservice der Telekom über eine Mail-Adresse die auf dms-reply.telekom.de endet erhalten.
In der Mail werde ich aufgefordert auf die Mail zu antworten. (siehe Spoiler)

wie telefonisch angekündigt kommt hier die versprochene E-Mail, auf welche Sie mir gern einfach antworten können. Wenn Sie mir eine Information zukommen lassen, wann Sie am besten ererichbar sind melde ich mich dann morgen noch mal bei Ihnen.

Versuche ich nun aber auf die Mail zu antworten kommt eine Mail mit der Fehlermeldung 'Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender' zurück, dass die Mail nicht zugestellt werden konnte. (siehe Spoiler)

Ich vermute es liegt an t-online, da ich dieses Problem mit anderen Mail-Anbietern nicht habe.
