Speedport no connection to the internet and error message e1.3

restarted the power and also connection router but still the problem exists no internet

Ich kann Dir nur auf deutsch antworten. Der Speedport hat keine Verbindung. Melde bitte eine Störung über www.telekom.de/stoerung

Hello Ulrich ,

thank you for the response unfortunately I could raise the fault as it is showing a note that diagnosis is not provided for magenta Hause regio ,please find the attached ,

I tried to call you, but had no luck. The number @UlrichZ named is correct for the "Regio"-contracts. Did you catch someone by phone there?
