English Contact
Hi,
I'd need to talk with someone for understanding some details of my contract, but unfortunately I don't speak german.
I tried to call this number 0800 33 06707, but apparently the recorded voice is just in german and I don't understand.
Can anyone help me?
Thanks.

Plse. use the special hotline for English speaking customers
This is for business customers only, I guess.
Sadly, there is no longer a dedicated English support hotline for end customers.
But the team here should be able to help.
Good luck and best wishes,
Thomas

@Filippo1997 Feel free to describe your problem here.
As you already have completed your profile we might be able to ring up the T-Team.
Have last 6 digits of IBAN ready for identification.

In April 2024 my contract renewed for a year, and it's valid till April 2025.
However in the last month I had to change apartment, so right now I'm in the situation in which I'm paying internet without living in that apartment.
Is there anyway to end the contract without waiting the natural termination of the contract? Because I don't understand which kind of termination would be the right one for me, the first or the second option?

Hi there @Filippo1997,
I am more than happy to help and certain, we can resolve this matter rather quickly. I suggest we carry on this conversation over the phone, to avoid any misunderstandings on either side. Do you have a different German +49 mobile phone number available? That would be great!
Kind regards
^Christian
