Looking to switch my contract, but cannot get a response through contact form

Hi,

 

My contract started in February 2023, but my invoice indicates it began in January 2023. I am nearing the end of my 24-month contract with Telekom, but I’m unsure how to resolve this discrepancy.

 

I sent a message through the contact form but haven’t received a response. Additionally, getting in touch with English support has been challenging.

 

Can someone assist me?

    If you want to keep everything the same, you don't have to do anything.

    The contract continues with a monthly notice period.

    I'd be happy to help you with your questions 🙂 What exactly are you interested in? The contract continues to run normally after the 2 years with a monthly notice period 👍🏽 You can see the binding period, for example, on your order confirmation or in the customer center 🙌🏽
