I want to cancel my contract within the 14 days of withdrawal period, but Telecom does not let me go. What can I do?
Hi, I made a Magenta Einz contract at a vendor's shop on 19th of February, but I want to cancel it as the right of withdrawal lets me to do that as a customer for a 14 days of period. I went to a T-com shop, they said, I can do it only in that vendor's shop where I contracted. I called the customer service hotline, they told me the same. But when I go into the vendor's shop, and they try to quit my contract, their Telecom contact (on their vendor's hotline) say no, I cannot withdraw my contract. So what to do now? It seems to be the deliberate waste of my time, just to push me to run out of my 14 day withdrawal period. Could someone please help me?

Hello @fekete.zsuzsa.suze,
I am sorry to tell you that you have no legal right to withdraw from a contract you signed at a retail shop within 14 days. The law only grants you to withdraw from a contract within 14 days that you made over the Internet or over the phone.
Best regards,
Lutz

In the end, I think that probably does not change the situation too much. In your case the trader is not Telekom directly but rather the "Mobilblitz" store. And they have a contract with Telekom - that obviously does not allow them to themselves cancel their order. (Maybe they could but then must pay a penalty, but just a guess).
The only way that you can end the contract before the end of its 24 months duration is if you move abroad, e.g. in your home country. But before you have any ideas... it's not enough to claim to move abroad. You must be able to prove it. Also the contract is not terminated immediately but rather with a 3 months and something period.

Ther is not "right of withdrawal" for a contract signed in a Shop.
So you have to fullill the Contract.

For sure you are wrong in that assumption.

The only one that can possibly help you is the shop where you signed the order - and hence you were referred to that shop.
Reason behind is that you do not have a legal right to withdraw an order/contract signed in a shop. Hence the only solution would be one out of a gesture of goodwill from the original shop side. But seems that this path also does not help you, unfortunately.
As a consequence, I myself try to avoid local shops that do not voluntarily grant rights to step down from a contract within several days after signature.
And order via the internet. Bad luck for the local shop.
