Hello. I’ve been calling the English customer service for weeks and it always says “call later”. I moved from the Netherlands to Germany and want to change my T mobile personal phone contract to a German one. Please contact me!!

Are you using a private contract personal or also a business contract? You can't just transfer the mobile contract you'll need to cancel the one from T-Mobile Netherlands and get a new one from us.
I'll help you with that step. When can I reach you?

Hi Karsten,
thank you for your message. This would be for my personal phone. In the Netherlands they explained I can only cancel my fixed two year contract with them if I first have your “approval”? Or German new contract?

2. Do you already have an Internet (landline) contract with us in Germany?

Hi Karsten,
Sorry, I had missed the message! So:1
1) I won't need more data than 5-7gb a month. It's more a question of price to me.
2) I have a different Internet service.
3) I only need the contract. I have a phone already.
