English customer care
Recently, I shifted to telekom fiber optic and I successfully established connection between fiber optic and router. Still, Internet is not working. I tried to call customer care but I don't speak much German. Is it possible to call in english speaking center?

The best way to get English language support from Telekom is to wait for a service representative to join this thread.
Please allow a couple of hours, the Teamies read every thread but they are also quite busy.

... While you're waiting, we might as well try a little debugging ourselves. please allow me to ask a few questions:
Did you already follow the setup link ("Einrichtungslink")?
Are there any lights up on the fiber modem?
What model is your router? Has it been configured for PPPoE via VLAN7?
How did you connect the Router to the modem?

Yes, I followed the setup link.
I have tp link router.
Yes, it's configured for PPPoE.
I connect router to modem via WLAN cable.

Unfortunately not, the dedicated English support line has been discontinued years ago.
But the @Telekom_hilft Team here should be able to help you out. Please fill out your profile details (only visible to Telekom staff), including a phone number and a time frame where and when you can be reached, and have your customer number and the last six digits of your IBAN at hand for authentication.
Have a good day!
Best wishes,
Thomas

You didn't answer the question, if you configured VLAN 7 for the PPPoE (at least you didn't say it explicitly). That is crucial.
Are you using a "Glasfasermodem 2" as modem? Does it show a constant green light?
DId you set user/password for the PPPoE connection? If so, please try it without User/Password as typically EasyLogin is enabled where Telekom identifies you via the line you are coming in (no user/pwd required).
In your initial post you say: "I successfully established connection between fiber optic and router." What exactly was successful? Is the router getting an IP address or how do you tell that something is working well?
