[English] dsl went down.

Sorry i cannot speak German. I have created fault number but am not successful to have someone check if a technician appointment is needed as i submitted the report in English. I was able to talk to the hotline but they said they don't know much English and cannot understand my problem. Please help me and if possible, is there a hotline with English speaker or for foreigners?

      I have tried to log a fault number to Telekom 258399918 but this was now closed as the scheduled technician cannot speak English and I cannot speak German. the fault is still not resolved.
      I was asked to call the hotline back in my new fault number 258496594 but as I cannot speak German i am not successful to talk with a specialist.
      I still have the same fault - my tariff's contract is 100 mbps. Since March 30 I only get 4mbps. Can you help me with this please? It is now the second week of the fault.
