[English] New DSL user, cannot activate

Hi,
I am a new DSL user. I ordered Magenta Zuhause M online. The activation day should be today (Oct. 8th). I received the Speedport Smart 3 the day before. I connected everything correctly, but only the "status" on the Speedport Smart 3 is on. I can access the login page by my computer's browser. On the login page, it shows "Es ist immer noch nicht möglich, ein Verbindung sum Anschluss herzustellen" (It is still not possible to find the connection.)
Please let me know what should I do next in order to activate the DSL connection.

Danke! Ich habe das früher versucht. Es gibt die folgende Nachricht: "Die Leitungsprüfung kann leider nicht durchgeführt werden. (Fehler 1001)"

In your service center / customer center, you finde the status of your order status (Auftragsstatus)

Please check, that your order was successfully proceed.
Maybe, your order, is still open.
If you use the App: MeinMagenta App (IOS, Android)
https://www.telekom.de/hilfe/meinmagenta-app
You kann also finde your order status (Auftragsstatus)

I have contacted an online customer service last week. They sent a technician to fix the problem. It turns out that there is something wrong in the connection box of the building. Everything works fine now.
