[English] I am a prepaid customer, I want to port my number to other provider

I got a response from new provider that Porting process failed because Telkom responded with no customer found. please help how to proceed further.

      Hello @VinodChilukoti 

       

      Welcome to the community.

       

      Are all the details given correctly? Name, address, date of birth?

       

      Did you quit at Telekom? This can also be done by phone.

      When canceling, please indicate that you intend to take the phone number with you to another provider.

      After receiving your cancellation, Telekom will terminate the prepaid contract with a notice period of 14 working days. As soon as you have received your cancellation confirmation, you can ask your new provider to port your number.

      I have tried reaching out to the customer care number given in this link, unfortunately it is only german speaking toll free number. I have also went to telekom shop and they told me porting has to be done only via phone or writing letter and send it over post. Can you help me with an English speaking customer care number or can I write the letter in English and send it over post?
