[English] New Service - Modem Connected, No Internet

Hello,
I am a new customer. My internet was actived by a technician without contact as stated in my service contract. My Speedport 2 modem is connected with the Status light lit green. I have an IP address but can only access kundencenter.telekom.de. No other sites will load. I have tried calling telekom but have not been able to find an operator or technician that can assist in English. Any help or advice would be welcomed.

The technician just came by and fixed the issue. The wrong port was configured outside the house. I am fully operational. Thank you for all the help!
