English support number 08003301080 does not respond

Hello,
I contacted the German phone support and they gave me the number 08003301080 for English support. But whenever I call this number it says to call later and I've been calling since yesterday and today and it's always the same, was this number correct? I'm already a customer and want to upgrade my internet connection home to have more speed and wanted to get some information.

      Yes, that number is correct and can be contacted from Monday to Friday (8am - 8 pm).

      I have called many many times since yesterday and today and it's always hanging up after telling me to call later. Seems impossible to get to someone from there. Would it be possible to get a call back? Or can I somehow wait on line instead it hanging up?

      thank you for the friendly chat on the phone!
      As promised then, I booked the change of your contract to the higher bitrate one, I'll keep an eye on it next week to make sure the new bandwidth works out well.

      Concerning the English customer sevice line, I already saw that my colleagues at the feedback department are aware of the low number of English speaking agents. They replied to keep an eye on it in the past, I gave them your feedback nevertheless, to keep it in mind.
      I'll give you news about my request as soon as I receive their feedback.

      I have tried to call this number today and it is again unreachable. @Carolin L.  @Sarah D. or anyone from the support, can someone give me relevant phone number. I was just on the phone with German support, she gave me this number and promised that they will help, and it simply does not work. This is extremely frustrating.

      I do have an issue with billing for my cellphone. Since last two months I was charged 50% more than usually, and I can not understand why? I can not access my billing in my account, because I have kind of business tariff or something like that. Can you help me to understand where those additional charges coming from?

      Hello @Hagen1986 ,

       

      you can of course keep your German phone number, but please keep in mind that If you spend more days abroad in the EU than in Germany over a period of 4 months and uses more minutes, text messages or data than in Germany, a roaming surcharge may be charged. 

       

      A porting to a US provider is not possible. You can also "deactivate" your phone contract with us for up to 6 months.

      Can somebody please help me to understand: I canceled the contract with Telekom (Festnetz), but they still charge my account!

      Here is info from transaction notes from my bank:

      Can you help me to check if this was canceled?

      I have edited your post because it contained personal information. If you have canceled your contract and are still receiving a bill, it is usually the final invoice. Please take a look at the invoice in detail. You should be able to see what the charge was for. If something is still unclear, feel free to let me know, and I will give you a call.
