Ich habe einen Magenta Prepaid Tarif für mein Smartphone. Nun habe ich mir eine Smart Watch gekauft und benötige dafür eine eSIM bzw. das Aktivierungsprofil. Wenn ich es online versuche, heißt es, ich soll die Hotline anrufen und wenn ich die Hotline anrufe, sagt der nette Computer ich sollte das online machen.
Wie denn nun?

Hallo Sarah. Das geht leider nicht. Ich benötige für meine Smartwatch keine Ersatzkarte, sondern eine zweite SIM (eSIM), die ich parallel mit der SIM in meinem Smartphone verwenden kann. Ich möchte ja auf meiner Smartwatch keine andere Telefonnummer haben als auf meinem Smartphone.
