Fehler beim Umzugstermin

hello, I had an appointment to commission my internet connection at my new address on August 29, 2024. I was at the address at the time the technician was working on my connection. I spoke to the technician on the phone and he asked me if I knew the previous tenant so he could try to connect me remotely, but unfortunately I have no idea who the previous tenant is who had an internet contract. So he said he would come to my address in 20 minutes. Later he called me to tell me that he does not have access to a "box" to connect to my house because the "box" is on private property and the owners have dogs there. He informed me that he would discuss the issue with Telekom and I have not heard anything from Telekom yet. I only received a message to make another appointment. My first problem is that I have to work and cannot be home often from Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm because the technician could show up at any time just because Telekom was unable to set up my connection. And what about the days lost since August 29th when I have no internet connection?
