Festnetz contract not show under my login with magentaAPP

Hey team, since I moved and moved my contract to the new house, I cannot see the landline contract under my login with magentaapp. I only see the mobile contracts. Whenever I try to add it in the website, under contracts, it shows the opposite. Only the landline contracts without the phone contracts. I only have one login under my name and I really need a way to see all contracts under it as I used to see it before.

      Hi @Bassem ELMasry,

       

      are the contracts under the same name? There is an issue if the contracts are under different names.
