Fiber connection doesn't work.

Hi.
A technic installed a fiber socket 2 days ago. The technic said to wait sms or email with installation instructions. My glassfaser portal shows you could use your connection. I connected modem and it blinks with a green led. What i should do next? thx

Ok and then you connected a Glasfasermodem 2? What router are you using? You need to add a router to your setup and connect it with the Glasfasermodem2. The router then provides access to devices via LAN cable or Wifi, depending on the router model you chose.

yes, i have model 2 and it blinks. if i understand right, it should show permanent green light, what mean that it established connection.

I still believe you should have received an email with an activation link. The screenshot you provided to me looks as if your modem is not registered yet. Wait for someone from the Telekom Team here for you to assist with this matter.

ok, I finally got an answer "Wir haben gesehen das die Glasfaser ID nicht vorhanden ist und nochmal ein Techniker kommen muss der die Dose anschließen tut."
We have seen that the fibre optic ID is not available and a technician has to come again to connect the box.

Hey there @Vasyl,
I was just about to call you, when I saw this message of yours. If the Home-ID is missing on your box, you won't be able to activate the fiber connection.
Have you received an appointment for fixing that issue already? If further assistance with that is needed, please let me know.
