Fiber optic connection and intermediate connection

Hello, I am new to Germany and I have applied for a fiber optic connection in my apartment. The website says that the connection will be available in my area in XXX-XXX. I was under the impression that I will be provided another connection till XXX-XXX but it has been 2 months since I put in my order and I have received no news about this. My order number is [Editiert]-PSM-[Editiert].

Can I get some more information on this? I would really like to have another type of intermediate connection for internet in my apartment now. I have already been waiting for 2 months.

Hello Tanja,

Thank you for your message. I have updated my user data with my phone number as I cannot see my customer number completely.

I would be available anytime today (Tuesday) and at the following times in the week:

Wednesday: Anytime after 12h15
Thursday: Anytime except 14h00 - 16h30
Friday: Anytime after 10h00
