Glasfaser Abschlusstermin cancelled 10x, next steps?

Hello, 

Today marks the 10th appointment date for connecting our apartment to the box in the basement, all of them have been cancelled with varying degrees of notice from Telekom's side (1 hour before ~ 1 week before). At this point, I have no idea what's going on, nor do I have any hope of getting our apartment connected in the near future. Would someone from the telekom team be able to contact me to figure out what exactly is going on? I don't think it makes sense to book another appointment on the slim change it actually happens. Reachable pretty much anytime by phone.

      @alexm961 Thank you for the call. I think the best way to sort it out, is to contact the property management and ask them what happend.

      Quick update, the technician came yesterday, couldn't gain access to one of the private storage rooms on the basement floor ( we are on the first floor and provided access to ours) and then left. 

      Today I'm greeted with the following message. At this point I don't know if we will ever actually get fiber to our apartment because our Hausverwaltung is by and large useless and we also can't give them notice since the appointments keep getting cancelled from Telekom's side. 

      Is there anything we can do here? It's been like 3 years since the box in the basement was hooked up and somehow nothing has gone forward since then. @Sven Ö.
