Glasfaser Neuanschluss Verbindungstest fehlgeschlagen

Hallo,

wir haben letzte Woche unsere Glasfaserdose installiert bekommen.

Bei dem Versuch der abschließenden Einrichtung über den in der E-Mail enthaltenen Link kommen wir immer bis zum Verbindungstest.

Da steht dann abschließend immer: Ihr Glasfaser-Modem konnte nicht erkannt werden

Dies kann folgende Ursachen haben: - Ihre Angaben sind nicht korrekt - Ihr Glasfaser-Modem hat keine Verbindung zur Glasfaser-Dose - Ihr Glasfaser-Modem ist nicht am Stromnetz (230V) angeschlossen

 

Verbindung zur Glasfaserdose besteht und Strom hat das Gerät auch (Speedport Smart 4 Plus).

Was kann man in so einem Fall unternehmen?

Zusätzlich habe ich noch das Problem, dass am Hauptanschluss (Kasten ist offen) im Keller, Kabel raushängen. Ich denke, da ist was nicht richtig gelaufen, oder?

    Guten Morgen. Ich habe nun wieder HD-Sender, war wie ich vermutet habe bestimmt nur wegen der Umstellung. Fröhlich

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
