Glassfiber Order Status - Gebäude angeschlossen - How to move this forward?

I have made an order for glass fiber connection over a year ago, and finally after some effort got the WEG to move forward with connecting the building etc. However, the status of the order is now "Gebäude angeschlossen". As I understand it, the building is now connected and the next step is to get a fiber optic point installed inside the apartment prior to provisioning the connection. Is this correct?
How can I get an update on when this can feasibly be done and is there are anything I can do from my side to speed this along?

Hello @nulltermination,
what is essential, is the agreement of the owner of the building for the installation.
So what you can do is ask the owner of the house, whether the consent for the work in the house has already been given. Only then the work can be finished.

Thanks for the quick response @Inga Kristina J. So, as far as I am aware the fiber is already connected to the building basement. What is remaining is the last mile from the building box to the apartment itself.
The last I checked, consent for the work has been provided by both the WEG and the owner of the apartment I am in. Is there a specific form or process that my landlord needs to undertake in order to provide additional consent for the work?

Hello @nulltermination,
the connection of the building and the remaining work inside of the building have to be accepted separately. So it might be that there is a second "okay" needed before we can finish the work.
We're communicating via email. The homeowners get an email with a link where they can accept or reject online.

Checked with the apartment owners and they never received any email from Telekom regarding the work inside the apartment. They said they will check with the building managers as well to see if they received anything from telekom after the building was attached.

Thanks for letting me know Sven. So far, no luck. Neither the building manager nor the owners seem to have such an email.

Hello @Belana M. The apartment owner got back to me saying that the building manager has already sent the approval in May and has forwarded me a scanned copy of the submitted forms.
I'm assuming this is the first of two? Or is there a miscommunication here? I have mentioned that another email has been sent in 21.08.2023. Was any response received?

Hello. Based on the last update I received from the Telekom side, apparently Telekom is waiting on the building manager to provide a date for the work to begin for in-house construction.
On raising this with the building manager, I received the following response indicating that he is unaware of any action that is required on his end and the last request was in May.
Can someone form your side please streamline the process so we are all on the same page here?
Right now building manager says he is waiting on Telekom and you are saying you are waiting on him. My self and the apartment owner is stuck in between waiting.
