Hi @Heath-ACK,
I'm guessing you are using the Speedport Smart 4 router, let us know if that is a false assumption. By default, this router is configured to provide LAN and WLAN clients with IPv4 adresses from a range between 192.168.2.30 to 192.168.2.230, so that's 200 addresses. I'm also assuming that you have less than 200 devices in your network, again, please speak up if you do have more 200 devices.
Provided you have a Speedport Smart 4 and less than 200 devices in your network, the usual fix for this issue is to reduce the holding time for IPv4 addresses. Go to the web UI of your router and change the setting for "Gültigkeitsdauer der Adressen" to the smalles value possible. Here's what the corresponding menu looks like in the manual (page 225):
Save the changes by clicking "Speichern", then reboot the router by clicking "neustart" as shown below:
In some cases it helps to also reboot the device that failed to get an IPv4 address before.

Thanks for the solution as I have kept note on the daily logs and the issue, so far, has not re-occurred.
I started with the minimum setting of 3 hours and readjusted to 1 day.
