Hallo,
Ich habe einen Internetanschluss für meine Wohnung beantragt und der Termin zur Herstellung des Anschlusses wurde zwei Tage vorher abgesagt. Dies ist bereits mehrfach geschehen. Ich habe im Keller nachgesehen und festgestellt, dass die Kabel vom Hausanschluss abgeklemmt sind. Wer ist für die Verbindung zuständig?
