Hello!

I'm a British expat living in Germany and finding it difficult to navigate the Customer Service in German.

I am about to move house and want to enquire how I can move my contract over to my new home in the next few weeks.

If anyone can help and explain in English that would be greatly appreciated!

      As discussed you have a special termination right, since we will not be able to transfer your contract to the new location.

      The good part, you will have the possibility to have a fiber connection.

      Thanks Timur - initially I was told by Martin that there would be different options/speeds which come at different prices, and he would send me through the different options so that I could have a look at them and decide myself which one is best for me.

      Yes, no problem at all 🙂

       

      The conditions are the same for all tariffs, except for the monthly basic price after the 6 months. 

       

      Fiber 150 with 150 Mbit/s download and 75 Mbit/s upload €44.95 after 6 months. 

      Fiber 600 with 600 Mbit/s download and 300 Mbit/s download also €59.95 after 6 months

      Glasfaser 1000 with 1000 Mbit/s download and 500 Mbit/s upload €69.95 after 6 months.
