Hi @OsterNi I have just gone through the ordering process for test. There was no point where I had to give MY landline number to proceed.
But if you select the field "take over flat from someone" you are asked for the landline of the flat that was connected there before you moved there. This is just to identify the correct connection endpoint for the internet signal. If you don't know this number you should be able to proceed.
If you are stuck at another point as mentioned please provide a Screenshot.
