Good morning,

I recently became a T-Mobile customer for home internet. I also set up a customer account and installed the MeinMagenta app.
I also ported my cell phone number to T-mobile yesterday. I'm trying to add this contract to my account so I can manage it in the app, but I get an error message every time.

I called the contact center and was told to delete my existing login and create a new customer account.
Unfortunately, I cannot do that because when I try to delete the login, I get a message saying that I cannot delete the account until the contract period has expired.

Besides, I don't know what to do.

I don't speak German and use an online translator, so I apologize in advance for any inaccuracies.
