How to find your Kundennummer if you have xxxxxxx in email letter

2 years ago

Hi!

Month ago I have ordered new DSL connection for my new apartment.

Unfortunately, I didn't receive my Kundennummer. I my email letter it's indicated with only 3 last digits (in format xxxxxxx123).

Now I need this number to check on my order, but customer line always ask me for this number and I don't have It neither in email, neither in agreement and neither in Telekom accaunt (only mobile).

What should I do in that case? I've already tried this page:

https://www.telekom.de/hilfe/vertrag-rechnung/kundencenter/kundencenter-festnetz/kundennummer?samChecked=true

Can I somehow check my Kundenummer using my Auftragsnummer?

Thank you in advance!

      The customer number can be found on your invoice (bill) at the top left.

      @Pavel Krizskii

      I'll bring in the team to help them.

      Please have the last 6 digits of your IBAN ready for verification. A little patience and they will then be contacted by telephone.
