Hybrid: SIM nicht nutzbar in diesem Geraet (SI002)

Hallo Service-Team!

 

Seit gestern gibt es Einbrüche bei der Performce Up/ Download. Im Speedport habe ich ein Problem mit der SIM-Karte im Log gefunden:

 

07.02.2021 16:48:00 LTE -ZellInfo: PLMN = 26201, CellID = 32503812, Band = LTE1800, RSRP = -91dBm, RSRQ = -7dB (LT004)
07.02.2021 16:48:00 Am Netzwerk erfolgreich anmelden (LT003)
07.02.2021 16:47:59 LTE Tunnelverbindung verloren (HA003)
07.02.2021 16:47:40 SIM nicht nutzbar in diesem Geraet (SI002)

 

Heute tauchte öfters die Meldung wieder auf:

08.02.2021 17:15:57 Am Netzwerk erfolgreich anmelden (LT003)
08.02.2021 17:15:53 SIM nicht nutzbar in diesem Geraet (SI002)

 

Bisher probiert habe ich:

- SIM Karte raus/ rein

- Speedport neu gestartet

 

Es kommt immer wieder die Meldung mit der SIM. Und die Performance ist "lahm".

 

In einem ähnlichen Beitrag wurde die Berechtigungen der Simkarte durch @Henning H. noch mal neu gesetzt. Ich bitte darum!

    Hallo @Erzgeberg 

    bitte Router mal vom Stromnetz trennen und dann schauen ob die SIM korrekt im Schacht eingerastet ist und nicht beim aufstecken der Abdeckung versehentlich wieder "ausgerastet" ist.
    Danach Router neu starten, wie ist es dann ?
    bitte keine Seriennummer / IMEI / IMSI hier öffentlich posten.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
