I am billed for terminated services. Where can i get help besides going to Telekom shops

Does anyone know where one can query incorrect billing on Telekom platform

      When did the relevant contracts terminate? It usually takes about 1-2 months for the final invoice to be prepared.

      Which MagentaTV plan did you choose? Some have 24 month minimum contract length! You can only withdraw within 14 days of confirmation.
