I cancelled my contract because I moved abroad. I am still getting charged

Hi there, I canceled my contract because I moved abroad. However I am still getting charged.

 

i provided all the information requested in the moving abroad form that telekom requested.

 

What more do i need to do to cancel my contract and not get charged?

      Hello @astylianou1989 ,

       

      when did you quit (exact date)? The cancellation date may have overlapped with the billing. Then there will be a final calculation. Overpaid amounts will be reimbursed with the final invoice.

       

      Did you get a confirmation of termination?

      I received an email with this message:

       

      Hello Anthony Stylianou,
      thank you very much for your message to  Telekom .

      We take care of your request and you don't need to do anything else. You will receive a reply from us as soon as possible.

      We have an e-mail address for contract communication from you?
      Then we send the cancellation confirmation by e-mail. Otherwise, it will be delivered to you by post in the next 2-3 working days.

      After the termination deadline, you can still access your e-mail inbox for 180 days.
      Would you like to keep your e-mail account / telecom login beyond this period? See  www. telekom .de / telekom -login-keep  for more information.

      Cancelled on August 7th. Is that past the billing date for the month?
