Contract cancelled but still getting charged !

Hello. My German is bad. Sorry for this in English.
I have cancelled my contract for internet and landline last April. I got a confirmation email that my contract would be terminated at the end of May 2023. The last payment should have been for May 2023 however now I see that I have still and active contract that will go until May 2024 !! What is happening ? I have already left Germany and returned the router, I no longer live at the address. I have the email confirmations that I cancelled already. Please sort this out and return the money that was taken from my account for June 2023.

How/where do you see this?
That (surprisingly) would be a standard procedure that there is at least one further invoice that will be corrected by a final invoice. However not like in your case, in combination with contract duration May 2024.
Please fill your forum profile with
- customer number of the contract
- phone number (best: mobile)
- times when you may be contacted by phone today or one of the coming days, expressed in German time (in case you are in a different time zone)
For authentication reason: Please do have the last 6 digits of your IBAN available (of the bank account that Telekom uses to fetch the fees as found in the invoices).
