Cancelled contract still active

I had cancelled my contract on 05-05-2023 and I am still being charged. I have been charged for June, July and August. I have the required documents that show the cancellation. What do I need to do to stop the billing please?

    bitte nimm das pdf aus dem Anhang raus, da stehen deine kompletten Kundendaten drin.

     

    Zur Frage, das ist lediglich die Kündigungsbestätigung für den Router aber nicht für einen Kommunikationsvertrag
