I have the Magenta L plan at home, the current price of this plan on the website is €47.95, but I have been paying €60 for years, how can I renegotiate this price?

      Have you called them? Doesn't anyone there speak English? Normally it should be possible to communicate in English.

      Hardly possible, since the price was never lowered (in fact, it was raised).

       

      Could it be that your plan includes MagentaTV, too? This would explain the price that you are paying.

      Deutsche Telekom has unfortunately cancelled its dedicated English language hotline.

       

      But you can wait until someone from the @Telekom_hilft team here reads your post and gets back to you. If you would like a call from them, please fill your profile here with a phone number and a time frame where and when you can be reached. And keep your customer number and the last six digits of your IBAN at hand for authentification.

      if you want to choose an offer from the winback team, just let me know and I'll forward you to them. 

       

      For example: Your contract now is 54,95 Euro per month. The new contract would be 57,95 Euro per month. If you receive an offer, with the first 6 months like 19,95 Euro, you would save up for the whole duration of the contract about 174 Euro.
