I have been overcharged several times by Telekom for devices that I cannot return

Dear Telekom,
I recently upgraded to Glasfaser 600 and was assured by your representative that I could return my current devices and receive a suitable replacement without incurring additional charges. Unfortunately, that has not been the case.
Instead, I’ve been billed for the following four devices:
WLAN Comfort – €8.36
Speedport Smart – €5.84
Servicefall MagentaZuhause Schnellstart – €3.31
Speedport Smart (replacement device) – €5.65
The Schnellstart device was originally provided because Telekom couldn’t deliver the connection on time. I tried returning it at the Telekom store, but it was refused. Despite this, I’ve continued to be charged—without clear instructions on how or when to return it.
The agent who handled my upgrade was friendly and told me I’d receive a return label via email to send back three devices, including the Schnellstart. That email never arrived, and now I’m being charged for four devices, when three of them were supposed to be returned from the beginning.
This situation is unfair and avoidable. I kindly request the following:
Immediate issuance of a return label or permission to drop the devices at a Telekom store.
Clarification on the continued charges for the Schnellstart device, despite attempted returns.
An account correction to stop further overcharging and acknowledge the miscommunication.
I trust Telekom values its customers and will take swift action to correct this. Thank you for your attention and support.
