Why do I have to keep reseting my line and router 4 plus times a day?

Everyday I have to reset the line and the router four or more times. Than I can't use a real router/modem (since the telekom routers are horrible outdated paperweights) because the weird TV service doesn't work right. This only happens here by the way. So I pay way to much for 5G that doesn't work here in Giessen/Wetzlar 80 percent of the time and an internet connection that I have to put more time into than my marriage of 20 years. I have called, written, my wife has called, and we have gone to the "shop" which literally just led to nothing. What's the deal? Don't you see error reports from the app being used to reset the line an absurd amount of times? Or is the app so you don't have to pay people to actually work. I'm going with the second one. You are not getting anywhere near my house with your smart home products if you can't even keep the internet stable for at least 6 hours.

      Warum muss ich ständig meine Leitung und meinen Router mehr als 4 Mal pro Tag zurücksetzen?

       

      Jeden Tag muss ich die Leitung und den Router vier oder mehr Mal zurücksetzen.

      Dann kann ich keinen richtigen Router/Modem benutzen (da die Telekom-Router schreckliche, veraltete Briefbeschwerer sind), weil der seltsame TV-Dienst nicht richtig funktioniert. Das passiert übrigens nur hier.

       

      Ich zahle also viel zu viel für 5G , das hier in Gießen/Wetzlar 80 Prozent der Zeit nicht funktioniert, und eine Internetverbindung, in die ich mehr Zeit investieren muss als in meine 20-jährige Ehe.

       

      Ich habe angerufen, geschrieben, meine Frau hat angerufen, und wir sind in den "Laden" gegangen, was buchstäblich zu nichts geführt hat.

       

      Woran liegt das?

       

      Sehen Sie nicht, dass Fehlermeldungen von der App verwendet werden, um die Leitung absurd oft zurückzusetzen?

       

      Oder ist die App dazu da, dass man die Leute nicht bezahlen muss, damit sie tatsächlich arbeiten. - Ich entscheide mich für das zweite.
