No Internet Connection, Restarted Router several times but still showing Link Fehler e1.7

Hi Telekom Community,

sorry that I post using English, I am new to Germany. 

 

I have my internet deployed yesterday (MagentaZuhause XXL) using glasfaser connection. The Telekom technician setting up the glasfaser mode and successfully install the connection. It went good for a couple of hours until it suddenly disconnected. I saw the globe icon was crossed, restarted the SpeedPort Smart 4 throwing an error Link-Fehler e1.7.

 

I tried to restart the router for many times but the result still the same. then on my aparment mediabox, I saw that the glasfaser modem installed by the technician kept blinking green the whole time. i also tried to report the issue via www.telekom.de/stoerung but it says "Die Leitungsprüfung kann leider nicht durchgeführt werden. (Fehler 1001)"

 

can somebody help? i have my profile details filled, so i hope it will be easier to check my case. thank you!
