I loose my internet connection so frequently. Since last week its nightmare to use my internet.

Hello Team,

I am using Telekom internet since last 6 months but since last month it's frequently loosing internet. Usually when I made a restart to 3–4 times a day then it works. But now it's completely a nightmare to use the internet.

My customer number is 275xxxxxx

And I need a technician visit but don't know how to reach to it. So, I am requesting here. I checked by login on my router but everything is fine with router.
