Installation Date Change

Hello, 

I just took out a new contract, and selected the installation date as 1.6.22 in error, and would like to change it to 27.5.22. How can I do this? I unfortunately don't speak German so the phone line to do it wasn't that helpful for me.

      Fixed line or mobile? Either way: The phone line is still the best way to try. Ask for an English speaking agent (or let a German speaking person do the call for you).

      Hey @Leona W. 

       

      I didn't select the 1st of June in error, it wasn't the earliest available.

       

      I just checked again, and as early as the 9th of May was an available option to start the contract. 

       

      I will just cancel the order and do it again, what is the easiest way to cancel the order? Is there somewhere I can do it via a webpage?

      Hey @Malte M. ,

      My wife has setup a new contract for the location with the correct date now, which is in process.

       

      So I just need to cancel the order I did now. My availability for a call is not great for the coming days, unless around this time is okay. Then any day besides Friday is fine.

       

      Or if there is an article I can follow on how to do it (even if German) I should be fine to follow it.
