Internet is 130 MBit instead of 250 Mbit for MagentaZuhause XL tariff.

As summary states, I get half of the desired internet speed. We tried to make hotline calls and here is a quick overview on how they went.
1st call - they confirmed the issue and placed the termin for the techniker. However, the day the engineer was supposed to come - no one showed up.
2nd call - support said that WE cancelled the termin, because the issue was solved (it wasn't solved or cancelled by us). After some tinkering, support said that we have global issue related to our neighbourhood, and its supposed to be resolved by 03.02.2026.
Today is 13/02 - the issue is not resolved and we are about to make 2nd payment for the 250Mbit tariff, while receiving 130 Mbit, which is truly frustrating.
I ask for assistance, preferably in English on what to do next.

As discussed, I am sorry that the promised internet speed could not be maintained and is below the contractual conditions. I have now reverted the contract back to the original contract.
This will happen in the course of the day. I wish you a pleasant weekend. 🙂
