Internet Not working

Hello,
I have internet MagentaZuhauseXL plan. However, I cannot connect to the Internet. The modem/router (Speedport 3) is correctly connected but does not give me a white light on service and unable to connect internet shows not internet connection/status is: secured, no internet.
My german is not good. So unable to speak call centre
I would be happy to provide any info needed in order to get this sorted.
