Internet order accepted and failed at the same time?

Hello,

I ordered an internet package with Telekom, and right after ordering installed the MeinMagenta App. I checked the order tracking for the new contract and modem, but it said: Order entered, Order accepted, Order failed, in that order. Does this mean the order is cancelled now? Why did my order fail and how do we fix this?

      sometimes, if an online order fails, my colleagues and I can help and book directly with you. Also, we can have a look at the former order, so we may as well find the reason it failed. 

       

      To aid you in your case, just fill out your profile with your customer number and callback number. As soon as you did, just let me know here, so I can call you in your preferred timeframe.

      I'm having the same issue, where the contracts failed and would love someone to call me to get it fixed.

      and thank you for the pleasant call. Well ... I admit that it is a pretty rare case. 😅

      I will check everything tomorrow, but feel free to test it through the other way, and please tell me, if you want me to check it again.

      I found the direct link to change the account data of your Telekom Login, too. This way you will be able to get your gmail-address back.

      Again:You need to make a new t-online-address in the account (that will be a dummy) and after that you can click at the rubbish bin to disconnect the gmail-address from the login. After that it can be added to any login through the same page (but obviously through "E-Mail-Adresse hinzufügen" or in English add E Mail address).

      Hey Johannes, if you could give me a cLl again, that would be great, as I just received an email confirming the first order I tried to place that still shows as "failed" and I'm afraid I'll get confirmations for the other 2 times I tried, and I rather be on the safe side.

      and thank you for the call. 🙂Here is the link which allows you to use your right of withdrawal. It is in German, though, but I am sure a translator will work, because it is not so complicated.

      You can go directly to the withdrawal of a landline contract here.
