Hello, 

I have been trying the English help number at 08003301080 and it just gives me a message that it’s busy. This has been going on for two days now. My internet went out Thursday and I opened a trouble ticket but have not been contacted and have been unable to get someone that speaks English at the regular help desk number. Any help would be welcomed.
